We are seeking a part time worship pastor to help lead a team of musicians and singers during our Sunday morning worship services. Our congregation presently sings a blend of worship songs during our weekly services that includes traditonal hymns and modern worship music. Our praise team practices twice a week prior to the weekly services. The right candidate is a born again Christian with a heart to use their musical gifts to serve the Lord. Our church is conservative theologically and we hold a high view of Scripture. The music ministry of our church complements our commitment to expository preaching by singing songs that honor the Lord and teach sound doctrine.
Our church has a long history of serving our small farming community (founded in 1873) and we are experiencing a season of spiritual and numerical growth.
