Mount Moriah Baptist Church, an historic and vibrant Southern Baptist church with a weekly worship attendance of 275-300, is located in a growing community southeast of Raleigh, just a few miles between Garner and Clayton. The opportunities for reaching families are tremendous!
Our vision is to bring the Gospel to life in and through our church family as we worship, teach, train, and serve together.
Preferred candidates will have experience leading and growing a Gospel-centered ministry to children and parents with particular giftedness in:
*connecting with the community,
*building personal relationships,
*recruiting, inspiring and developing volunteers.
A 4-year degree from an accredited institution, in the area of children’s ministry or children’s education is preferred. We are open to hiring the right person for part-time (25 hours) or full-time (40 hours) status. (Range of salary plus retirement PT--$26-32k…FT $53-59k)
