Elizabeth Baptist is searching for a Worship Pastor. The Worship Pastor is responsible for encouraging the spiritual formation and promotion of the music ministry of Elizabeth Baptist Church. Following the direction of the Holy Spirit the Worship Pastor should utilize and encourage vocalists and musicians to use their God given talents and gifts. The Worship pastor should lead EBC to become stronger in modern worship expression without completely abandoning blended or traditional aspects of worship such as hymns or handbells at Christmas. The vision for EBC is a seventy percent modern / thirty percent blended expression of worship.
