Summary: Flint Groves Baptist Church in Gastonia, NC, is seeking the Lord’s direction for our next Senior Pastor, who will lead our staff and shepherd our congregation to Elevate Christ and Make Disciples locally, nationally, and globally. Flint Groves is a distinctive church community recognized for being a loving place to belong with our ministries centered on evangelism, discipleship, and outreach. Our Main campus has Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services for which the Senior Pastor would be responsible. The Pastor of our Lakeview campus and the Pastor of our Hispanic Ministry report to the Senior Pastor. The ideal candidate will have a passionate devotion to preaching the inerrant Word of God without compromise, share in our love for missions, and be able to discern and implement the vision God has for our church.
Preferred Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with a minimum of a Master’s Degree from an SBC affiliated seminary and six (6) years or more of pastoral experience.
