Troutman Baptist Church is a Christ-centered, Southern Baptist congregation seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to lead our church with biblical integrity, servant-hearted leadership, and a passion for making disciples. The ideal candidate will meet the scriptural qualifications of a pastor as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9, and will shepherd our church of approximately 200 in worship attendance through preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and leadership development.
