The Youth Director at First Baptist Church of Welcome, NC (FBCW) provides spiritual leadership for our youth gatherings. They are responsible for the discipleship and evangelism of students at FBCW. The Youth Director works with adult volunteers and students from 6th to 12th grade, reporting to the Lead Pastor, to accomplish the Mission, Values, and Ministry Strategy of First Baptist Church of Welcome.
