Children's Minister

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Family Minister to lead and nurture our children’s and family ministry programs. This individual will inspire faith in our youngest members, build community through special events, and provide a welcoming and engaging environment for children and their families to grow spiritually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Coordination:
• Oversee and coordinate Children’s Sunday School programs, ensuring teachers have the resources and support they need.
• Plan and manage Children’s Church and Wednesday Night Team Kids activities.
• Organize and lead Vacation Bible School and annual camp programs.
• Community Engagement:
• Plan and execute community events such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Back-to-School Bash, and other outreach activities.
• Foster relationships with families and encourage participation in church activities.
• Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and assign a Youth Coordinator to assist with youth ministry efforts.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and encouragement to volunteers and staff within the children’s ministry.
• Technology and Communication:
• Stay informed about advancements in technology to enhance program delivery and communication.
• Help maintain and regularly update the church website, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to promote ministry programs and events.
