PURPOSE:

The Weaverville Campus Technical Director manages all needs, teams, and

equipment related to the live production of services and events of Brookstone

Weaverville Campus. Additionally, the Production Coordinator elevates the quality

of the worship experience across Brookstone Campuses by training campus

Technical Directors and Worship Teams in standard rehearsal and performance

practices and procedures.

• Ability to equip, lead, and inspire a team of volunteers.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with:
• PA audio systems and audio networking.
• Worship set/team planning workflows
• Live sound DAWs such as Abelton, Loop Community, Tracks Live
• Music composition and charting
• Music recording for live sound application
• MIDI control equipment and software
• Multitrack audio capture
• DMX lighting systems.
• Theatrical lighting programming.
• Mixed video systems.
• Video directing and switching.
• Video signal routing.
• Live web streaming.
• Site to site direct streaming.
• Team leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain Weaverville Campus audio, video, and lighting systems.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all mobile campus AVL systems.
• Prepping Weaverville Campus Worship Center systems weekly for Sunday
• services and other events.
• Building quarterly volunteer Production Team schedules for Weaverville
• Campus Events.
• Leading the Weaverville Campus volunteer Production Team
• throughout Sunday services and other events.
• Assist in the design and build out of stage sets and scenic elements for the
• Weaverville Campus.
• Regular recruitment, training, and development of volunteer teams
• Maintain a standard of delivery for in-service communication and worship
• expression
• Producing and utilizing in-house backing tracks, click tracks and guides
• Assist in the maintenance of audio systems and instruments across campuses
• Assist in audio capture for Creative Team projects

ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Reports to Production Director
• Works closely with and supports the Creative and Worship Teams.
SALARY:

A competitive salary wage commensurate with experience will be provided.
