Youth Pastor

Mission Statement: As led by the Holy Spirit of God through his Holy Scripture, I will lead, edify, and grow the youth of Corinth Baptist Church in the way of salvation, paths of righteousness, the truth of the Bible, and opportunities to serve for the glory of God. 

• Teach in the classroom on Sunday morning and Wednesday night, as agreed to by the Youth Teachers.
• Work closely with those teachers as selected by the Nominating Committee. 
• Search for Godly material to use in training our youth to live in the world, but not of the world. 
• Plan ALL youth activities and functions with the help of the Youth Committee.
• Counsel youth through the Scriptures as needs and problems arise, with the help of the Pastor.
• Organize and implement youth fundraisers.
• Promote a Godly quality of life as taught in the Bible, showing by example of what marriage should be, teaching abstinence before marriage, following God's laws for holy living, and looking to Jesus's life and learning to serve.
• Develop and implement youth-focused church and community outreach programs.
• Lead Bible studies.
• Plan and coordiante camps, retreats, and fellowship activites for youth.
• If you have been blessed with musical talents, please share those with the youth and the church.
  • The musical note mentioned above is a plus, but not mandatory. 

Location: Our church is conveniently located, only 35min, from Southeastern Theological Seminary.
