Fairmont First Baptist Church is seeking a pastor to guide and inspire our community on our journey of fath. Our church is welcoming and an inclusive community located in Fairmont, NC. Qualifications: -Ordained minister witha strong commitment to Christian faith and values; Excellent communication skills, both in preaching and interpersonal relationships; Ability to provide pastoral care and support to individuals and families; Minimum of 5 years experience in leading and nurturing a diverse congregation; and Collaborative spirit with the ability to work alongside staff and volunteers.
Responsibilities will include Preaching and teaching from Scriptures to inspire and challenge our congregation; Providing pastoral care, counseling and support to individuals and families; Leading and participating in worship services, including sacraments and special events; Collaborating with church leadership to develop and implement ministries and programs; Engaging with the broader community to extend our impact and outreach.
