Assistant Pastor of Family and Youth

The Assistant Pastor of Family and Youth at First Baptist Church of Welcome, NC
(FBCW) provides spiritual leadership for our Families including our children's
ministry (KidMin) all the way through College. The Assistant Pastor of Family and
Youth will work with our KidMin directors to provide stability and ensure continuity
between KidMin and youth. The Assistant Pastor of Family and Youth works with
adult volunteers and students from 6th to 12th grade, reporting to the Lead Pastor,
to accomplish the Mission, Values, and Ministry Strategy of First Baptist Church of
Welcome. Other responsibilities include overseeing our onsite learning center and
being liaison between learning center director and relevant FBCW committees.
