Associate Pastor of Discipleshipi and Care

Snyder Memorial Baptist Church of Fayetteville, NC is seeking an Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Care.

Snyder Memorial Baptist Church has an loving intergenerational congregation with many opportunities for growth.

Position Responsibilities include:

• Discipleship: An understanding and interest in emerging trends of Sunday School and other group ministry where people will experience accountability, belonging and care.
• Care: Triage counseling, premarital counseling, and referral acumen.
• Leadership: Organizing, training, and resourcing discipling groups such as Sunday School, off-Sunday and off-campus.
• Communicator: Preaching, Teaching, Instruction, Writing and On Camera
• Relational: Outgoing people person
• Team Player: Responsible for Snyder's eleven core beliefs, stated purpose, and other duties that the church or team may require.
• Officiant of Weddings and Funerals
