The Children’s Director is responsible for overseeing the C2Kids ministry at Cross Culture Church at Leesville Rd. This role includes planning and implementing engaging, gospel-centered programming for children, managing curriculum, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring that the children’s ministry environment is welcoming and well-prepared. The Children’s Director will work to create a nurturing and spiritually enriching experience for all children and their families.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in children’s ministry or education.
· Commitment to Christian faith and values.
· Required Background check for Children’s ministry personnel.
· Strong organizational and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, scheduling software).
· Commitment to the mission and values of Cross Culture Church.
