Dobson Chapel Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a man of God to pastor our loving church family. We are located in rural North Carolina halfway between the beautiful North Carolina coast and the state capital city of Raleigh. DCBC has been a beacon in the Magnolia community for almost 160 years. The Scriptures of the Old and New Testament are the rule of faith and practice for our church. We stand on the Articles of Faith adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention and the Baptist Faith and Message. We are looking for a dynamic pastor committed to biblical teaching to lead us in worship, ministry, and outreach as we continue to grow and witness to God’s people. If you’re a servant leader with a heart for God and His people, we are eager to hear from you.
All interested and qualified persons must submit an initial Prospective Candidate Packet consisting of the following information:
- Cover letter
- Current resume which should include a summary of relevant ministry, professional and educational experiences.
- Proof of license by a certified Baptist Church or recognized affiliate.
- Proof of ordination

- Three letters of recommendation (non-family) with contact information: address, email, cell phone, home phone and/or work phone:
