At Green Street Baptist Church, our mission is to make disciples who make disciples - and we believe that starts with children.  We're searching for a visionary leader who will passionately guide our children (grades 1-5) and their families toward a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.

• A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, committed to personal spiritual growth and integrity.
• A dynamic leader and disciple-maker who inspires children, families, and volunteers to follow Christ wholeheartedly.
• A creative strategist, gifted in organizing ministry environments where children encounter God's truth in fun, engaging and life-changing ways.
• A team builder who recruits, trains, and empowers others to serve joyfully and effectively.
• A vision carrier who embraces and advanced Green Streets's mission, vision, and core values.

What You Bring:

• A heart fully surrendered to Jesus Christ and in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
• A consistent walk with the Lord and active membership at Green Street Baptist Church.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people skills.
• Proficiency with technology and communication tools (Microsoft Office, projection software social media, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of ministry experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lead with purpose - Provide spiritual, administrative, and visionary leadership for all children's ministry programs and volunteers
• Equip and empower - Develop leaders and volunteers through training, mentoring, and encouragement.
• Partner with families - Support parents as the primary spiritual influencers through discipleship classes, resources, and events.
• Inspire growth - Build biblically grounded, age-appropriate discipleship experiences that nurture spiritual maturity.
• Champion creativity - Oversee vibrant ministries such as VBS, camps, and seasonal outreach that reach children and families in our community.
• Strengthen the foundation - Manage the ministry calendar, budget, and facilities with excellence and stewardship.
• Cultivate connection - Build briges between the church, the High Point community, and the Green Street ministry of HPCA.
